Parade Tragedy Commemoration

On Saturday, November 21, 2026, at 4:39 p.m., the Waukesha community will gather together to commemorate the fifth anniversary of the parade tragedy at the Parade Memorial at Grede Park. We will honor the lives we lost and come together as a community. The ceremony will feature remarks from City of Waukesha Mayor Alicia Halvensleben, Sheri Sparks, mother of Jackson and Tucker Sparks, and Taylor Kulich, daughter of Jane Kulich. The ceremony will also feature the City of Waukesha Police and Fire Honor Guard, Milwaukee Dancing Grannies, and the Waukesha South High School Band.
